Description: Reaching 30–60 cm in height, this species is found as a pioneer on disturbed ground such as roadsides and ploughed lands. Leaves are mainly pinnatisect, with the upper leaves simple and filiform. The upper leaf surface is narrowly grooved, while both leaf surfaces are pitted with numerous small glands. Its capitula are numerous, terminal and small, with a solitary ray floret, its ligule 1.5–2 mm long and yellow, and 4-6 disc florets. Corollas are yellow to white sometimes with a purple tinge. Bracts are obovate, with a hyaline apex, while margins are minutely ciliate and glandular-punctate. Achenes are narrow-turbinate, 4-angled and some 4 mm long; there are 8 membranous pappus scales, darkly striated at apex. (from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schkuhria_pinnata)

Delicate, branched annual herb. Leaves mostly pinnately dissected with filiform segments. Upper leaves simple and filiform. Capitula small and numerous, deep yellow with green involucral bracts. (from Flora of Zimbabwe website)

Much-branched herb up to 50 cm high; with scattered hairs and glandular-punctate. Leaves alternate, opposite at the base, 1–4 cm long, pinnate with filiform lobes to 20 mm long. Heads numerous, terminal, on filiform peduncles up to 25 mm long; heads turbinate, c. 3 mm diam.; bracts obovate, with a hyaline apex, margins minutely ciliate, glandular-punctate. Florets glandular; ray floret solitary; ligule 1.5–2 mm long and yellow. Disc florets yellow, usually 4–6. Achenes narrow-turbinate, 4-angled, 4 mm long; pappus scales 8, membraneous, darkly striated at apex, some with awns. (from New South Wales Flora Online)
